2 Cute Girls
For any of you that read the Buckeyes and Eggrolls Blog, we got to meet them today. Alex loved Maddy. As you can see below, they were giving each other hugs and kisses galore. It was very cute. We had a great time getting to know them.
Hats
Alex loves hats. She will ask me for a hat all the time and then keep it on for quite a while. Here we are just getting ready to go to our Rock My Bao Bao class and then meet our new Blogger friends for lunch. I asked Alex if I could take her picture and she surprisingly said yes and posed. I just love that smile.

I hate Chucky Cheese
So my friend Cara and I decided to take our kids to Chucky Cheese on a Saturday at noon. Why did no one warn me of the horribleness of it all. The line was out the door and it was about 7 degrees out. There were kids just running all over and the parents just let them. It was so obnoxious I don't know if I can bring myself to ever go back. But our kids seemed to have fun and we did get some cute pictures. So here are Dayle, Alex, and Myles whooping it up at Chucky Cheese.
This is what I get
Whipped Cream
I must say this is a new favorite thing at our house. Alex goes to the refrigerator, opens it, points to the can of spray whip cream, points to her mouth and makes the crrrrrrrrr sound. It is so funny. I think I may have created a monster. I also put it on her finger and she says " taaaa Mommy" to you lay people that means tall. She wants it very tall. I just crack up.

Glitter Girls
I watched my friend Cara's kids the other day and her daughter Dayle brought her new makeup with her to play with. Needless to say, Alex was in heaven as she LOVES any kind of makeup be it lipstick, eyeshadow, blush, eyelash curler, perfume-- anything. So they had fun applying the makeup to themselves and me. I think I found glitter on me for at least 3 days. It was very fun. I love this picture-- it doesn't quite show the amount of glitter they have on but you get the general idea.
Mommy-- backpack, bus
Yes, those 3 words I hear about 200 times a day. My daughter is obsessed with her backpack and wants to go to school on the bus. She says it constantly. I guess it could be worse. At least she is not using cuss words constantly. Anyway-- here are 2 cute pictures of the girl who hates to pose for the camera, posing because she loves her backpack.
(She got 3 backpacks for Christmas, 2 different Dora ones and this one which I got at the Chinese Christmas party for the local FCC group. It has one of the characters that is on all the products from the Beijing Olympics this year.)
