Campfire fun

This is the girl who never eats hot dogs for me. She ate the whole thing and asked for more.

This was Alex's first true hayride. She loved it. She also loved Jared (the older boy in the white shirt) . She stuck like glue to him and he was a very good sport about it. (An arranged marriage perhaps in the future? We would love Monte and Tara as our in laws. just kidding)

Summertime Kid Fun At It's Best

Here is all the gang of kids we had this past weekend. And look at Alex, right at home in the middle of things. She had so much fun.

Actually Swimming

Can I just say how awesome this is. Alex is in the water by herself and having a great time. In the past, Mommy or Daddy has had to be right there playing with her . She was having a ball. She has those goggles on. I think she thought they were sunglasses but she was just cracking me up. And she loved her new princess bathing suit. Are those little boy shorts just not the cutest things ever.

Sunflowers

We went camping this past weekend with our friends. The campground had this beautiful field of sunflowers. Here are a few pictures I took with my new camera. I love it. You can see how the wind was blowing and the colors are gorgeous.

I was giving Alex a bubblebath the other night. She said " look Mommy- ho ho ho".
I looked over and she had bubbles all oover her chin. I just started laughing. I asked her if she wanted to see Santa and she said" Oh yes". It is funny because she won't sit on Santa's lap. I think this Christmas is gonna be fun
