Family fun day

Today was Family day for the company I work for, and what a day it was. We got to meet and hear Jim Tressel speak. They had a little football clinic for the older kids. All the kids got a football, they served light breakfast and lunch. We got our pictures taken with Coach Tressel. We had a really good time. They had magicians, games and balloon artists for all the really small kids.

Whole Foods makes these marvelous cupcakes. The frosting is to die for. They are fattening and expensive so I only get them occaisonally but they are so delicious. Obviously, my little sweet eater loved it.

Rock My Bao Bao

This is Alex at her Rock My Bao Bao class. It is a class for 3 and under and they sing and dance. It is very cute to watch them. She has a great teacher, Miss Lily. She interacts with them all and really gets them going.

China Family Reunion

We went to a water park this weekend with 6 of the 7 families that went to China with us. We had a great time and the girls all really seemed to enjoy each other a lot. It is amazing to watch them all as they get older. They are all so different and so beautiful. It hardly seems possible that it has been 2 years since we have brought them home. For me, at least, I barely remember life without Alex. It seems like she has always been part of our life and these wonderful people that we have met are like a part of our family.

Never missing an opportunity for fun-- our girls and boys start singing Ring Around the Rosie in the restaurant. Fortunately for the other patrons of the restaurant, the seating person put us in an area with no others around.

Alex didn't like the slides very much but she sure did like pulling the tubes around and playing with her China sister Lily.

Todd and I took Lily for a while so her Mommy and Daddy could take care of the other kids. We had a lot of fun with her. It gave us good practice for #2.
