Alex's first field trip

Alex had her first ever field trip last week. Her preschool went to a local pumpkin patch. She was so excited because they traveled via school bus to get there. She has been dying to ride the school bus. She was in heaven. It was a cold blustery day, but we managed to have some fun.
This is her teacher Mrs. A. Love her.
The snack was good too. What kid doesn't like fruit punch and powdered sugar donuts. Yum Yum.

HOPPY BIRTHDAY MIA

Last weekend the girls went to their friend, Mia's birthday party. They had a hoppin' good time, especially since it was a Max and Ruby birthday party. They had cake and ice cream, they played games like pin the tail on Ruby and Max, they got treats, and they got to see all their friends. It was awesome.

And Kudos to Mia's mommy, Michelle, who is ultra creative and designed the cake, hats, invitations, and game boards all with a Max and Ruby motif. Man, that woman is talented. She is a good friend too. Love her.

Hoppy birthday sweet Mia. My girls certainly love you.

Autumn Colors

I was up by the Hoover Reservoir today and saw this pretty spot and stopped to take a few pictures. I thought the colors were gorgeous. Sometimes in life you have to stop , take a moment, and drink in the beauty around you.

China Family Reunion

We had our 3rd annual China family reunion last weekend. It was great to see all our families. 7 out of 8 families made it this year. The kids were all so big. I can't believe how much they have grown. Here are some pictures from our weekend full of laughs of fun.

Now normally I would not allow my children to stand on the table at a restaurant but it wasn't busy and they were having fun plus, I think Harold was encouraging it.

First Gracie got up there, then Alex, and of course Abby wants to do everything that the big girls do.

Please note that no harm came to any toddler during the jumping off the table.
