Congratulations! I'm an RQ lurker - we've been home with our daughter, June, since April 07, but we have friends who are still "in line." In any event, I love looking at the "Babies!" posting and yours made me stop. As soon as I started looking at the pictures of your daughter - the panda on the wall caught my eye - I didn't have to read any further to know she's at the Wuxue SWI. So was my daughter! She was born March 3, 2006, just a few days before your little girl! The Wuxue SWI is a wonderful place - we got to visit and meet the nannies. I believe all of the children are in foster care. It's only a short two-hour drive from the main city of Wuhan, so if you want to visit, be persistent with your guides. It's an easy trip, and in my opinion, so worth it. Best of luck and so, so happy to see another Wuxue girl finding her forever family!

May I just comment and say to those of you beyond curious about our LID and referral --- we were not expedited. That is all I will say about it on the blog.

She is darling! Our daughter is also from Hubei. Her birthday is MArch 5, 2006. Those Hubei girls are pretty and very spicy. There is a group of us with girls from Hubei. We call them the Hubei Spicey girls. ALl are darling and very outgoing and fun. Good luck!
I also forgot to say...the girls from Hubei are mostly called "The Hubei Hotties". There are 4 little ones from Hubei that live near me. I am so excited for you!!!
