Alex is always asking me to make cookies with her. She loves the whole process so when I found this beyond simple recipe on the Salsa in China blog I went right out got the ingredients and watched my little girl just light up when we made them.

Oh I'm so glad she liked making them!! Ro and Ree think they're so much fun because they can do everything themselves (everything except putting the pans in/out of the oven I guess). We've already made two batches this holiday season and they already want to make them again (I, of course, have no objections to eating them, haha).
